Background[]
The SAFD was created when terrorist groups began appearing around the world, most notably, ISIS. It had problems in the beginning, due to low funding from the company that owns it, but when terror groups started to become more of a concern, SAFD received more funding and better weapons.
Overview[]
The SAFD is made up of mostly air units and some ground troops, but the air units are the best of the best. The air units are also trained in ground warfare, so they are used as paratroopers as well. All ground troops are trained to fly planes, so they can double as pilots when the need arises.

Most troops are usually not equipped with weaponry, but there are spares in storage places within most aircraft that the pilots or anyone on the plane can use when they are forced to parachute out of the plane.
Paratroopers are usually outfitted with modified AR-35s, with the SMG-55 "Reckoner" as a backup.
Ground troops are usually equipped with AR 35s, but some are equipped with other weapons. Others include the Steyr AUG, FN SCAR, FAMAS, SAR-21. Marksman squads use the AWP, along with the Barrett 98B and the ExSR.
All aircraft are optimized by Infinity Industries to ensure maximum performance.
