The Rickard Model 60 TPR (Tactical Precision Rifle), nicknamed the Wildcat, is a bolt-action sniper rifle that is produced by Rickard Armament Company. It is essentially the higher-caliber variant of the Model 30. Although it was originally planned to only be sold in the commercial market, it has become a popular rifle within various police forces and some military forces around the world due to its high power, incredible accuracy, and high modularity for a traditional rifle. It was the first weapon by Rickard to have current CDO Brian Stout credited for its design.

Its competitors include the FAC LRSR .338, Overkill Syndicate .338 "Longinus", the United Arms Tactical MCSR, the PPF ERAR/Lambda, the SDX M70, and the Arlington AISP.
