The AP-40 (automatic pistol, .40 caliber) is a machine pistol designed by United Arms Tactical Inc. It's designed to be a compact sidearm for tank crews, artillery officers, you get the point. Is chambered in .40 S&W, which provides somewhat of a compromise between the 9x19mm Parabellum's controllability and some of the .45 ACP's knockdown power. It's fully automatic (duh), and has a single underbarrel rail for grips and lasers. Nothing too special, really. Adopted by the Royal Canadian Air Force but was used in limited numbers, and was almost always issued with a vertical grip attached.
